The Story
From the water to Atlantic City,
then back home to South Jersey.
SushiDon Murray.
Started as a fisherman on a boat called the Royal Flush. Learned early what it means to work hard, stay steady, and respect the water.
Thirty years as a high-end chef in Atlantic City casinos. Worked under Donald Trump at the Taj Mahal. That’s where he sharpened the craft he still uses every night.
He plays tennis. Golf. Darts. Shuffleboard. He’s the guy who sticks to what he believes in and doesn’t let anyone sway him. That kind of strength still matters.
He cares more than he’ll ever admit. But if you know him, you know how he shows it — through loyalty. To his family, his friends, his regulars, and every person he makes feel like they belong.
From Wildwood days to Oyster Creek, from fishing stories to trays packed wall-to-wall with rolls, Don never stopped building more than food. He built a place people want to come back to.
He set out to make great friends and great memories — and he’s still doing it. Times one hundred.
Tonight, he’s rolling. He’s smiling. And he’s giving people a reason to pull up a seat in South Jersey. That’s SushiDon Murray.
